The Faculty of Law, Politics & Governance at Ziauddin University recently visited the Sindh Environmental Protection Tribunal.
During the visit, students observed live courtroom proceedings on pressing environmental issues, including Environmental Impact Assessments, building regulations, plastic pollution, and more.
Following the session, an interactive Q&A was held with the Hon’ble Chairperson, Mr. Justice (R) Hasan Feroz, tribunal members, and representatives of the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency. Students engaged in insightful discussions on the Tribunal’s mandate, legal procedures, and the nature of cases brought before it.
This visit is part of the faculty’s ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between legal education and real-world practice. Â
