Academic Record Verification Services

The Registrar Office at Ziauddin University provides a range of enrollment and academic record verification services for both current and former students.

Types of Verifications Offered

  1. Bonafide Letter
    • To request a Bonafide Letter, students should email the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Health Sciences at: [email protected]
  1. Degree/Transcript Verification
    • Submit a copy of your degree or transcript to the Registrar Office.
    • Requests can be emailed to: [email protected]
  1. MSPE (Medical Student Performance Evaluation)
  1. Expected Graduation Date
    • Final-year students may request their expected date of graduation to be mentioned on verification forms or scholarship applications. This will be provided by the Student Records Office.

 

Processing Time

  • Standard processing time for all verification requests is 10 working days.

 

Fees & Payment Details

  • All applicable fees must be paid in advance.
  • Payments are accepted at the Finance Department, located on the First Floor, Dental OPD Building, Ziauddin University – Clifton Campus.

Document Dispatch

  • Documents are normally dispatched via regular mail.
  • Courier service is available upon request. Charges will apply—please confirm the rate at the time of request.
  • The Student Records Office is not responsible for delivery of documents via mail. For courier dispatches, a tracking number will be provided once available.

Outstanding Dues

Requests from students with outstanding fees cannot be processed.
Verification services will only be initiated upon:

  • Clearance of all dues
    OR
  • A written confirmation from the Finance Office stating that satisfactory payment arrangements have been made.
