Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)

As one of the leading universities in Pakistan, Ziauddin University has recognised the significance of the clinical pharmacist in advanced healthcare systems. Our 5-year Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) programme includes courses in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacy Practice. Our graduates are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform specialised tasks and provide clinical support to healthcare professionals. Upon graduation, our students are eligible to pursue careers in various fields, including drug development, clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical research, and pharmaceutical marketing.

Our curriculum is approved by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan (PCP) and is based on the semester examination system.

The Pharm. D programme at Ziauddin College of Pharmacy is to produce pharmacists who have the abilities and skills that are necessary to achieve outcomes related to:
