Free Physical Therapy Consultation & Treatment Camp at Shri Sadhu Bela Tirth Asthan, Sukkur
As part of its commitment to community service and inclusive healthcare, Ziauddin University & Dr. Ziauddin Hospital, Sukkur Campus successfully organized a Free Physical Therapy Consultation & Treatment Camp during the three-day annual Mela (Urs) commemorating the 162nd Death Anniversary of Baba Bankhandi Maharaj at the historic Shri Sadhu Bela Tirth Asthan, Sukkur. The event attracts thousands of Hindu devotees from across Pakistan and is recognized as one of the country’s significant Hindu religious gatherings.
The camp provided free physiotherapy consultations, assessment, pain management advice, and treatment services to pilgrims and visitors, promoting health, mobility, and well-being throughout the event. The camp was conducted by the dedicated faculty and physiotherapy team of Ziauddin University & Hospital, under the supervision of Principal and Associate Professor Dr Muhammad Usman Khan, ZCPT, DZUH Sukkur, including Dr. Atta Muhammad, Asst Prof, Lecturers Dr. Kiran Latif and Dr. Naila Nabi also House Officer Hrithik and Suzaina who are also DPT Batch I Graduate, ZCPT, ZU Sukkur.
The initiative reflects Ziauddin University’s unwavering commitment to community engagement, interfaith harmony, compassionate healthcare, and experiential learning by serving people from all walks of life through quality rehabilitation services.
