Diploma in Fitness & Training

The Diploma in Fitness Training is a six-month professional programme designed to equip aspiring trainers with the knowledge and skills required to offer competent and ethical physical training services. This course promotes professionalism in the field of exercise and training, helping participants understand the principles of physical fitness, strength and endurance training, and evidence-based exercise protocols.

The programme aligns with international standards and is particularly informed by the guidelines of the American College of Sports Medicine.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory. Students must also complete all practical and theoretical components as outlined in the syllabus. 

ASSESSMENT METHODS
  • Group and individual presentations/assignments
  • True/False examinations
  • Viva voce and practical evaluations

A minimum of 60% is required to pass both theoretical and practical components.

AWARD OF DIPLOMA

Candidates who successfully complete all academic and practical requirements will be awarded the Diploma in Fitness Training by Ziauddin University. 

  • Minimum 12 years of education (Intermediate/A-level or equivalent)
  • Candidates must meet the general admission requirements of Ziauddin University
