Ziauddin College of Rehabilitation Sciences is known for promoting awareness among its student and faculty to explore and serve better. Ziauddin College of Rehabilitation Sciences organized International Lymphedema Day on 12th March 2019 at Clifton Campus.
ZCRS was privileged to have Ms. Mahjabeen Aftab Suleman from USA who pursued Lymph Edema management as her specialty. She is currently working at a Cancer Hospital in California.
She enriched us with a very comprehensive and informative presentation regarding Lymphedema management from rehabilitation prospective.
We were much obliged that Ms. Nighat Lodhi, President of Pakistan Occupational Therapy Association, Ms. ShahidaZakir, Principal of College of Occupational Therapy at DUHS and Mr. Abid Kazmi, Head of Rehabilitation Sciences Department from Ziauddin Hospital, joined us and enlightened our seminar.
Ms. Sumaira Farooqui, Principal of ZCRS concluded the session with a note of thanks to the Honorable guests.
Ms. Neelam Zehra, the Vice Principal and Head of Occupational Therapy department at ZCRS gave special thanks to Ms. Sumaira for her immense encouragement and full support in promoting the profession.
