Ziauddin College of Rehabilitation Sciences organized a Guest speaker session regarding Diploma in Fitness training program on 13th February 2022 respectively. For this session, Mr Omair Khaliq Sultan was invited to address the students who conducted a detailed session starting from 11 am to 1 pm. Mr. Omair khaliq enlightened the DFT students regarding effective powerlifting procedures including proficient methods of powerlifting and also involved in an interactive session to cater queries of the attendees. Overall, it was a knowledgeable session for the students who are keen to choose fitness training as their career path. Lastly, the participants also received certificate of attendance on this valuable session.
