MS in Applied Psychology

MS Applied Psychology is a rigorous two-year programme that intends to produce competently trained practitioners and researchers, through the provision of advanced level of knowledge, training, and research.

Programme Objectives

The programme objectives are to

  1. Empirically appraise the delivery of psychological services to users.
  2. Extensively use a variety of research methodologies and psychological approaches to generate new knowledge in a broad range of professional contexts.
  3. Apply the knowledge and skills in diverse specialized fields of Psychology.
Programme Durations

MS Applied Psychology is a 1.5–4 year postgraduate programme comprising of 30 credit hours.

  4. Organizational Psychology

* Specializations available may change in accordance with university policy.

  1. BS/MA/MSc degree in Psychology or Post Magistral Diploma in Clinical Psychology (PMDCP)
  2. BS degree in Psychology
  3. Clearance of the GAT OR Ziauddin University admission test with 50% marks.
  4. Interview and Psychological Assessment: This will be conducted to determine the suitability of the candidates for MS in Applied Psychology Programme

The University reserves the right to increase the fees if required, according to the recommendation of the Governing Body.

Advance fees are to be paid semester-wise. All dues need to be cleared within two weeks of commencement of the academic year. 2% surcharge per month will be levied on outstanding fees after the due date.
