Ziauddin University is set to organise the PPIE Summit as part of its Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) initiative at the Clifton Campus on August 17, 2024. This innovative event aims to enhance the role of patients and the public in research. The summit will include insightful sessions on the significance of patient voices, ethical considerations in public engagement, and experiences from both Pakistan and the UK. Esteemed speakers such as Adnan Masood, Dr. Rakhshi Memon, Qudsia Hassan and Dr. Ashleigh Cheyne will offer valuable perspectives. There will be a dynamic panel discussion addressing the ethical challenges of public engagement.
