ZCRS and Nixor College’s Project Tandurusti

On 1st January 2022 Ziauddin College of Rehabilitation Sciences – Department of Occupational Therapy and Department of Physical Education, Health and Sport Sciences collaborated with Nixor College on Project Tandurusti. The objective of the mutual efforts was to improve the well-being of students from The Garage School for underprivileged children. The day started with sensory zumba followed by a treasure hunt. There were a total of 9 activities that targeted psychological, psychosocial and mental wellbeing. After an hour of energetic sensory workout, students were engaged in competitive sports activities that included sprint, quadrant jumping, drop and catch. The session ended with mindful breathing.
